General Telecom Services

General Telecom Services is based at 157/11 on the Main Road, right near Rani Talao and Brigade Road. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been working in the telecom field from this location for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, a lot of wires, and the usual equipment you’d expect. Most of our time is spent dealing with technical stuff that would probably bore most people. We aren't a big flashy telecom giant. We are more of a local service point where people can actually talk to a human being. The area around Rani Talao is always loud, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and people shouting. It’s just part of the background now. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people what we can do and what we can’t. Sometimes things go wrong with the tech, and we have to spend all day figuring it out. That’s just the nature of the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to provide a service that works. We’ve stayed in the same spot because it’s convenient for us and for the people who need our help. It’s just us, doing our thing on Brigade Road. We have our regulars who come in and we know their names. It feels right to be here.
