General Food Additives

We are located at number 168 on the ground floor along 1St Main Road in Seshadripuram. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just stop by without having to hunt for an elevator or climb stairs. Seshadripuram is a busy area, and the road outside is almost always packed with scooters and cars. We deal with food additives, which means we spend our time looking at bags of powders and bottles of liquids. It’s a very specific kind of business. The shop floor is mostly taken up by storage, leaving just enough room for a small counter and a couple of chairs. We get a lot of local bakery owners and small food producers coming in to see what we have in stock. The air inside always smells a bit like different extracts or spices. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more like a working warehouse where things happen fast. We’ve had to learn a lot about the technical side of these additives over the years. Customers often have questions about how much to use or what works with what. We try to give them straight answers based on what we’ve seen work for others. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, and we have to move things away from the door quickly. It’s all part of the job. We stay open until late evening most days to make sure everyone gets their orders picked up.
