Gayathri Furnitures

Gayathri Furnitures is situated at 35 Banashankari 2nd Stage, right in the City Center area. Our shop is usually filled with the smell of cut wood and wood polish. We have been here for quite a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We spend our time making tables, chairs, and cupboards by hand. It is not a modern factory at all. We use manual tools and old machines that have been with us for years. The floor is almost always covered in a layer of sawdust, no matter how much we sweep it. Being in Banashankari means we see a lot of local families and neighbors walking past our door every day. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. We just have the furniture we are currently working on and some pieces waiting to be picked up. Sometimes people come in with a sketch of something they want, and we see if we can build it for them. We also do a lot of small repair jobs, like fixing a broken chair leg or polishing an old desk. We aren't trying to be a famous brand or anything like that. We just like working with wood and seeing a finished piece of furniture. It is a quiet life, mostly filled with the sound of hammering and sawing.
