We are based at 1988 N R Road in the BSK 2nd Stage area. The office is in a building that has seen better days, but it works fine for what we need to do. We handle a lot of computer stuff and networking cables for local businesses around here. It’s mostly just a few desks covered in papers and various pieces of hardware waiting to be fixed. The N R Road traffic is pretty constant, so there is a background hum of engines and horns all day long. We aren't really the type to have a fancy reception area. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a screen to see what you need. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or trying to make old printers talk to new laptops. It can be frustrating work sometimes, but we are used to it by now. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks when we need to step away from the monitors. Banashankari is a good area to be in, even if the parking is a total nightmare. We keep our hours pretty regular, but sometimes we stay late if a server is acting up. It's just a group of us who know our way around a motherboard. We don't bother with marketing or big slogans. We just do the work that comes in for our neighbors.
