Garg Steel Traders

Our yard and office are at Plot No T4/D in Peenya 1st Stage. If you know the area, we are directly opposite the FSSIDC building and the Police Station Road. Being in Peenya means it is always loud with the sound of machinery and big trucks backing up. At Garg Steel Traders, we deal with a lot of heavy material, so there is always a layer of iron dust on the windows. We have a small cabin where we sit to do the billing and talk to the drivers. The yard is full of stacks of steel that we move around with the crane when needed. It is a bit of a maze sometimes if we get a big delivery in. Across the street, we can see the police cars coming and going, which makes the area feel a bit more secure I suppose. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that is when we take a short break from the noise. We have a big heavy gate that we chain up at night. It is hard work and it gets quite hot under the tin roof in the summer months. We don't have any fancy carpets or air conditioning in the main area, just the basic stuff you need to run a steel business. It’s just how things are in this part of town.
