Gangotree The Chat Parlour

Gangotree The Chat Parlour is where we spend most of our days. You can find us in Koramangala VI Bk on Ram Mamdir Road, at 4108 5.4. It’s a busy little corner. We mostly deal with snacks and different kinds of chat that people around here seem to like. The kitchen is small, so it gets pretty hectic during the evening rush when everyone is getting off work and wants a quick bite. We try our best to keep up with the orders, though sometimes there is a bit of a wait when it gets really crowded. The tables are basic and we don't have a lot of space, but it works for what we do. People come by, grab what they want, and either stand around talking or head home. We’ve been here in Koramangala for a good bit now. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of movement. We see students, families, and office workers all coming through the door. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients before the day is over, which is frustrating, but we just start fresh the next morning. It is a simple operation run by a few of us who just like making food. We don't do anything flashy. It's just a chat shop on Ram Mamdir Road where you can get something salty or spicy without any fuss.
