Ganga Steel Corp

We are located at number 319 in Banaswadi, right across from the petrol bunk. Being on the Outer Ring Road means there is a lot of heavy traffic and noise all day long. We deal in steel, so our yard is full of rods, pipes, and beams. It’s heavy, cold material that takes a lot of effort to move around. We don't have a polished showroom, just a functional space where the trucks can pull in and out. Most of our time is spent measuring, cutting, and loading steel onto lorries. It’s a physical job and the dust from the road settles on everything we have. We’ve been in the HRBR Layout area for a while and have watched all the new buildings go up around us. We are just a local supplier for the construction happening nearby. Sometimes the orders are big and we’re busy all night, other times it’s just a few pieces for a small home repair. My clothes always have rust stains or grease on them, but that's fine. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We use some basic cranes and cutters to get the job done. The weather affects us a lot; when it rains, moving steel becomes a slippery and difficult task. We just keep at it, day after day. It’s a basic business, no frills, just getting the steel to where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic makes deliveries slow, but that’s just life on the Outer Ring Road.
