Ganapati Marketing Co. is up on the first floor at 434/A, 1st N Block, right on Dr. Rajkumar Road in Rajajinagar. It’s a busy spot, and being on the first floor means we hear a lot of what’s going on down on the street. Dr. Rajkumar Road is always buzzing, which is good for energy but sometimes makes it hard to hear on the phone. Our office isn't very large, so we’re all pretty close to each other. It’s a marketing company, but don't expect anything like what you see on TV. It’s mostly us at our computers, looking at spreadsheets and talking to clients. We’ve got stacks of files that need filing and a few plants that have seen better days. We don’t really have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just take the orders, do the marketing work, and try to keep things moving. The staff is a mix of people from around the neighborhood and some who travel a bit further. We aren't a big corporation with fancy perks. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and there’s a lot of talk about what’s for lunch. Rajajinagar is a solid place to work. There are plenty of places to grab a bite and the commute isn't too bad for most of us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple, honest business and we’ve been at it for a while now. No big fuss here.
