Our place is tucked away in Hanumantha Nagar, right there on 14th Main 9th C Cross 4Q. It is a lively spot, mostly because of the kids. You can find us at No.1, and like the address says, people usually just call back at that first number if they need anything. The morning starts early here in Bangalore. Parents drop off their little ones before heading to work, and the building fills up with that specific energy children have. There are cubbies for shoes and small bags lined up near the entrance. We have a routine that involves a lot of snacks, nap times, and playing with blocks. The floor usually has a few stray toys hiding in the corners, no matter how much we sweep. It is a day care, so things get messy. We use simple tables and chairs that are the right size for toddlers. The 560019 area is a good neighborhood, and we see the same faces every day. It is more of a community feel than a big institution. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations; we mostly just focus on making sure the kids are fed and safe until their parents come back in the evening. Some days are loud, some are a bit quieter when everyone is napping at the same time. We just take it one day at a time here, looking after the kids while the city moves outside.
