Our office and warehouse are located at number 49 on the 4th Cross in Sbm Colony, which is over in Mathikere. It’s a residential-looking street, so you might miss us if you aren't looking closely. We deal with herbal products, which means the place usually smells like dried leaves and roots. It’s a nice change from the city smells outside. We spend a lot of our time sorting through various herbs, making sure they’re dry enough and haven't lost their color. It’s a lot of waiting around for things to be ready and then a huge rush to get them packed and sent off when an order comes in. We don't have a lot of fancy technology here. Most of what we do involves looking at the plants and feeling them to see if the quality is right. The team is small, mostly just people from the neighborhood who have been with us for years. We often sit outside on the steps during our lunch break when the sun isn't too hot. Mathikere can be a busy area, but our little cross-street stays relatively quiet. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to get these herbs from the growers to the people who need them without any trouble. It’s a steady kind of life, and we’re happy to keep doing it as long as we can.
