We are located at 79, 8th Cross in JP Nagar. It’s a nice part of the neighborhood, mostly quiet compared to the main roads. G K H R Consulting is basically just a group of us helping out with hiring and people stuff. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some filing cabinets. We talk to a lot of people every day. Some are looking for work, others are looking for staff. We just try to put them together. It’s not always easy and things can get confusing with all the resumes. We don't use any fancy systems, just our phones and computers. The 8th cross is easy to find if you're familiar with JP Nagar. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. We aren't some big corporate firm with glass walls. It’s more of a local office feel. We drink plenty of coffee and try to keep up with the emails. People stop by sometimes to drop off papers. We just take it one day at a time here. It’s practical work. We’ve learned a lot about how businesses around here operate. It keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most of the time, we’re just making sure people find the right place to be. It’s not magic, just a lot of calls and looking through lists.
