G I Staffing Services Pvt Ltd is over here in Koramangala 476. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the emails start coming in. We help companies find people to work for them and we help people look for jobs. It is not always easy. Sometimes we have to look through hundreds of applications just to find a few that might work. Our office is usually full of papers and empty coffee mugs. We have been in this area for a good while now. People know where we are. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs and a few computers. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out. That's just how it goes. We deal with all kinds of industries, so one day we might be looking for a driver and the next it is an office clerk. It keeps the work interesting. We try to be helpful when people come in, even if they are nervous about an interview. It's just a normal office where we try to get things sorted out for everyone who walks through the door. We don't have any big secrets to what we do. It is just a lot of checking details and making sure names and numbers match up. We stay until the work is finished.
