G. G. Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located at 16-A, South End Road. The building is on the older side, but there’s plenty of space for what we need to do. Handling industrial work means there’s usually some grease on someone’s hands and a bit of noise from the machinery in the back. This isn't the kind of place for suits and ties. Most of us just wear work clothes that can get a bit dirty without it being a problem. The office part is just a small room in the front where we keep the ledgers and answer the phone. You'll often find it a bit disorganized with papers and spare parts sitting on the same table. We’ve been at this location for a long time, so every creak in the floorboards is familiar. While the road outside gets busy with trucks, it stays quiet enough inside most of the time. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office chairs. Putting that money into the equipment we use every day makes more sense to us. Our days start early and usually end when the last task is finished, rather than exactly at five o'clock. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it ourselves without a big HR department. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just a local company doing our part in the industrial sector without making a big deal out of it.
