Futurebees Consulting is tucked away at No 154 in Dodda Banaswadi, Bangalore. It’s a pretty established part of the city, so there’s a lot of character in the neighborhood. Our office is a simple building where we handle all our consulting work. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, but mostly we all end up hanging out in the main area. It’s not a high-end corporate suite with glass walls. It’s more of a practical, functional space. We have some old desks that have seen better days and a bookshelf that’s overflowing with manuals and guides. We spend a lot of time researching and talking to our clients. Banaswadi can get pretty congested, so we’ve all learned the best shortcuts to get here in the morning. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk if we need a break from the screens. We don't use any fancy business jargon here; we just speak plain English and try to be helpful. The team is small, and we’ve all been together for quite a while. We know who likes their tea with sugar and who doesn't. It’s that kind of place. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to do a solid job. It’s a straightforward, honest way to run a consulting business without any unnecessary bells and whistles.
