Our office is tucked away in Yeshwanpur, specifically at 1245/10A on the 2nd West Cross in the 1st Gokula Phase. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s a good location once you find it. We handle insurance stuff here. It’s mostly people coming in to talk about their policies or asking questions about claims. We’ve got a lot of files and a lot of computers. It’s a busy office, especially in the mornings. Yeshwanpur is a bustling part of Bangalore, so there’s always noise from the street. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The staff here are locals who know the area well. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or bean bag chairs you see on TV. We just have regular desks and chairs and a water cooler. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. When someone comes in with a problem, we just sit down and try to work through the paperwork with them. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We try to be clear about things because insurance can be confusing for a lot of folks. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated jargon. We just explain how it works and what the next steps are. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. The neighborhood has everything we need close by.
