Furnitur City

Furnitur City is located at number 4 Dasarahalli. We are right by the Shre e Punjab Socialty and not far from the Bharathi Theatre. Our showroom is packed with all kinds of stuff like wooden beds, sofas, and dining sets. It is a bit of a squeeze to get around the floor because we try to keep a lot of stock ready for people to see. We don't have fancy lights or a polished floor. It is just a regular shop where you can see the furniture for what it is. We spend our time showing people the different types of wood and how the joints are made. My cousins and I run the place and we also do a lot of the deliveries ourselves. Moving a heavy wardrobe through the narrow streets of Dasarahalli is quite a task, especially on a hot afternoon. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics here. If someone likes a chair, they buy it. If not, that’s fine too. We've been near the theatre for many years, so a lot of the local families know us. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we try to keep the furniture wiped down. It’s a simple business and we just focus on selling practical things that people need for their homes. We are usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping the shop going.
