Freelance Hr

My office is tucked away in the 6th Block of Bel Layout, specifically at number 188 on 1B Cross. If you know the Vidyaranyapuram area of Bangalore, it’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the rest of the city. I’ve been running Freelance Hr from here for some time. It’s not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is mostly just me and a couple of others handling the hiring needs of small businesses that don't have their own internal teams. We deal with the usual stuff like sorting through applications, checking references, and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls throughout the day. Living and working in the same neighborhood has its perks, mostly because I don't have to deal with the Bangalore traffic as much. The 4th Main road is right there if I need to get anywhere quickly. Sometimes the work piles up, especially when three different clients all need someone hired at the exact same time. We just take it one step at a time. It’s practical work. People need jobs, and companies need workers who actually show up. We try to bridge that gap without making it more complicated than it needs to be. The house at 188 is where all the files stay. It’s simple, it works for us, and we keep busy without making a lot of noise about it.
