Free Freelancer Hr is run out of House No-5 on 29th Cross in Kagadassapura, Bangalore. It’s more of a home-office setup than a big business center. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed. Kagadassapura is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of MG Road. We deal with HR tasks and help people find freelance work or manage their contracts. It’s a lot of sorting through emails and taking calls on the mobile. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the window while you're trying to work. It’s just a small team of us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a security guard at the front. You just come to the house. We’ve got desks set up in what used to be a living room. It works for us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with the paperwork. Bangalore's 560093 area is our little corner of the world. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the freelance scene pretty well. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just do our jobs, help the people who reach out to us, and then close up for the day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a small HR business without needing a massive glass tower to do it.
