Foxjobs

We are over at 3440, 4th Cross in Bangalore. The pin code is 561 203, which is a bit further out than some other places. We call ourselves Foxjobs. As you might guess from the name, we spend our time helping people find work and helping companies find staff. It’s a lot of looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room with some desks, computers, and a bunch of filing cabinets. We’ve got a small team here. We started this because we saw how hard it was for people to find decent jobs in the city. It’s a simple operation. We don't have any fancy software that does the work for us; we actually read the applications and talk to the candidates. It takes more time that way, but it feels right. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We have people coming in all day for interviews or just to drop off their details. It’s nice to meet different people from all walks of life. We aren't a huge agency with a fancy lobby. We’re just a local business trying to connect people with opportunities. It’s hard work, and some days are better than others, but we keep at it and hope for the best.
