Our office is at No 43 Munigowda Garden in the Neelasandra area of Bangalore. We’ve been running Fox Jobs Pvt Ltd from this spot for a while now. Neelasandra is a busy neighborhood and it can get a bit loud outside with all the people and traffic. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they fill out their forms. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s just us working through piles of resumes and trying to get people into the right roles. Bangalore is full of people looking for work, so there's never a dull moment. Some days we have a line of people waiting before we even open the door. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized, and we aren't always perfect at it. We don't use a lot of fancy talk or marketing slogans. We just tell people what jobs are available and what they need to do to get them. It’s a practical business. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops and where to get the best tea. It’s just a regular job for us, and we try to do it well enough that people keep coming back. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork, but that’s just how it is.
