We are based out in Varthur, which used to be a quiet outskirts area of Bangalore but now it’s pretty much in the middle of all the growth. Fox Jobs India is where we spend our days. We mostly help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at resumes all day long. Varthur can be a bit dusty with all the construction going on around here, but it’s a lively place to be. We don’t have a massive glass building; it’s more of a regular office where we can get stuff done without too much fuss. The traffic on the way to Whitefield is always a topic of conversation in the morning. Sometimes we just sit and talk about how much the area has changed while we drink our chai. Our team is small and we know each other well. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just try to match the right person to the right desk. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes it’s stressful when a deadline is close, but we manage. Bangalore weather is usually on our side, which makes the commute a little more bearable. We’ve been in Varthur for a bit now and we’re happy to be part of the local scene here, just doing our bit in the job market and making ends meet for ourselves.
