Foundation Systems Staffing Pvt Ltd is a pretty small and simple operation. We don't have one of those big, fancy office buildings with glass walls and a lobby. In fact, most of our business happens through our email, which is manasa_nalina@yahoo.co.in. It’s a bit old school to use a Yahoo account these days, but we’ve had it since the beginning and it works just fine for what we do. We focus on staffing, which means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. We don't have a physical place where you can just walk in off the street, so we handle almost everything through email and over the phone. It’s a very straightforward way of working without all the extra costs of a big office. We’ve been doing this for a while and the name Foundation Systems Staffing really just comes from the idea of getting the basics right for our clients. We don't use any of those buzzwords or marketing talk you usually hear in the recruiting world. We just try to find the right person for the job and leave it at that. It’s a lot of following up and keeping track of details, but we enjoy the process. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff members. It’s just a few of us making sure things get done. We don't have any big mission statements. We just use our email and get to work every day.
