Foundation Systems Inc is basically run through our email accounts, which is why you see those Yahoo and Gmail addresses listed. We don’t have a big fancy storefront to show off. Most of the day is spent responding to messages and keeping the systems running from wherever we happen to be sitting. It might seem a bit casual to some, but it’s just how we decided to set things up to keep costs down. Sowmya handles a lot of the incoming stuff. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on the structural parts of the systems we build. It’s a lot of back and forth over the web. Sometimes the internet is slow or a server goes down, and that’s when things get a bit hectic. We don’t have a physical office address in the traditional sense because we found we didn't really need one for the kind of work we do. It’s just easier to manage everything through the gj.sowmya and bsowmya14 accounts. People write to us, we write back, and the work gets done that way. It’s a very direct way of doing business without any layers of management getting in the middle. We try to be quick with our replies, but sometimes on weekends, it takes a bit longer. It’s a small, dedicated way to run things, and it suits us just fine for now. We just focus on the code and the technical stuff and let the rest take care of itself.
