Foods & Flavours

We are situated on Horamavu Road in the Kalyan Nagar area. It is a nice neighborhood and we have been here for a bit now. The building is simple and we use most of the space for our food work. You can usually smell what we are making from the street if the wind is blowing the right way. We do not have a big fancy storefront. It is more of a practical setup where we can get the work done without much fuss. There is always someone in the back prepping ingredients or checking on the batches. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything tastes right. It can get quite hot in the kitchen areas, especially in the afternoons. Our staff are local people who just enjoy working with food. We do not use any big machines or complicated processes. It is all very hands-on and sometimes a bit messy. The shelves are always full of jars and containers. We are not trying to be a big commercial brand. We just like making things that people in the area might enjoy. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of orders to get out. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving along.
