Fono Reality

Our little place is tucked away on Rest House Road, just off the main stretch of Mahatma Gandhi Road. Being at number 17 puts us in a busy part of the city, but it’s a bit quieter than the main road itself. We’ve been around for some time, mostly dealing with phones and all the little bits and pieces that go with them. It’s a small shop, and sometimes the boxes pile up in the corners when a new delivery comes in. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone telling us what to say, so we just talk to people like normal. If someone comes in with a cracked screen or a phone that won’t turn on, we take a look and see what can be done. It’s not always a quick fix, and we’re honest about that. MG Road changes so fast, with new buildings and shops opening every month, but we’re still here doing the same thing. We drink a lot of tea while we work and listen to the traffic outside. Most of our customers are folks who work in the nearby offices or shoppers who wandered off the main path. We just aim to stay open, keep the lights on, and help people get their gadgets back in working order. It’s a straightforward job, and we like the people we meet along the way. Our space is simple, but it gets the job done for the neighborhood.
