Focus Management Consultant

We are based out of Bangalore, specifically in the 560046 area. Focus Management Consultant isn't a huge firm with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller group of us who know what we’re doing. We’ve been working in this city for quite some time now. Bangalore has changed a lot since we started, but we’re still here doing our thing. Our office is a practical space. We don’t have those fancy bean bags or gaming rooms you see in the tech startups. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee. We spend our days looking at files and helping people figure out their business stuff. It can be a lot of back and forth, but that’s the nature of consulting. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the facts and give our honest take on things. It’s a quiet way to work. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the local places nearby. The traffic in this part of Karnataka can be a real headache, so we try to schedule things so we aren’t stuck on the road too long. It’s just us, working through the pile of work we have. We like the independence of being a smaller outfit. You get to know everyone you work with pretty well. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work out fine for us. There’s always something new to learn in this business.
