Focus Consulting Group

Focus Consulting Group is based over at 243 Gopika in the Sadananda Nagar area. Being in the Ngef Layout means it's a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice for when we need to think. We do consulting work, which basically means we sit down with people and try to solve their business problems. Our office isn't anything to write home about. It’s got some tables, chairs, and whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days it's just regular clothes and a lot of coffee. We talk through ideas, look at numbers, and try to find a way forward for the folks who ask for our help. It’s hard work sometimes because every problem is different. We’ve lived and worked in Bangalore for a long time, so we understand how things move around here. The building is easy enough to find once you get into the layout. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will probably be there to say hello. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful. Most of our clients are just regular business owners from around the city.
