Our place, Floating Walls Pvt Ltd, is over at 6 Hindustan Aeronautits limited 2nd Stage. Most people find us because we are right opposite the Barbeque Nation there. It’s a good landmark since that restaurant is always crowded. Our building is where we keep all the home decor things like curtains, wallpapers, and furniture pieces. It’s a fairly large space because you need room to show how things look when they are set up. We spend our time walking around the floor, helping people look at different fabric swatches or testing out how a sofa feels. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we mostly let people wander around and look at the displays at their own pace. The HAL 2nd Stage area is quite nice, with a lot of trees and other shops nearby, so it’s a pleasant place to work. Sometimes the showroom gets a bit messy when we are moving things around for a new display, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load a delivery truck. We don't go in for big speeches about design; we just show people what we have and let the items speak for themselves. It’s a steady business where we see a mix of new homeowners and people just looking to change a room.
