Flintex Consulting is based in apartment A-202 at Oracle Ridge, which is part of the VBC development in Phase 2 of Lavakusha Nagar. We’re right here in Electronic City, Bangalore. It’s an apartment-based office, which means it feels a lot more personal than a cold office building. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, and it has everything we need to run our consulting business. You’ll find us on the second floor, usually surrounded by stacks of files and a few computers. It’s not the most organized-looking place at times, but we know where everything is. We don’t really bother with the corporate polish you see in the city center. We’re just regular people who happen to know a lot about consulting. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth, so we don’t need a big storefront. We just sit here, look at the problems people bring us, and try to find a way to help them out. The 560100 area is busy, but once you’re inside Oracle Ridge, it’s a bit calmer. We drink a lot of coffee and spend long hours here making sure we don’t miss any details. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We don't have any grand speeches about what we do. We just do it, day in and day out, from our little corner in Lavakusha Nagar.
