Flextronics Global Shared Services

Our Global Shared Services team is located over on A. K. Ashram Road in the R. T. Nagar area of Bangalore. We are near the R. T. Nagar Post, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone trying to find us at 560032. The office is situated in a part of town that feels a bit more lived-in and established than some of the newer tech parks. It’s a decent-sized building where we handle a lot of the back-end support and shared services for the company. The street outside is usually lined with parked cars and scooters, and there’s always a bit of a breeze coming through the trees that line Ashram Road. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We have rows of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small area where we eat our lunch. It isn't a place with a lot of flash or unnecessary decorations. We just show up, do our shifts, and go home. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on which part of Bangalore you’re coming from, but R. T. Nagar is generally a good spot to be. We have a few local tea shops nearby that see a lot of our staff during the mid-afternoon break. It’s a straightforward place to work where everyone is just trying to do their bit. We don’t really bother with any corporate slogans; we just stick to the tasks we have for the day.
