Flextron Consulting operates out of BTM 2nd Stage. Specifically, we’re on 4th Cross in the Mico Layout area. It’s a very residential part of Bengaluru, which makes for a nice atmosphere to work in. Our address is 1, A Main, and it’s a pretty standard building for this neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or high-tech security gates. It’s just an office where we spend our days. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked bikes and people walking to the local shops, but that’s just life in BTM. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly just focus on the projects we have going on. There isn't a lot of fluff in how we operate. If something needs to be done, we just do it. We don't spend time on long meetings that don't go anywhere. It’s a very practical way of working. Being in 560076 means we’re close to plenty of places to grab lunch, which is probably the highlight of our afternoon. The office itself is functional and a bit cramped sometimes when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job from a quiet corner of the city. We like the local feel of the place.
