Flexspeed Machining Solutions P Ltd. is over at the Vivek Complex in Udupa Gardens. We’re on S.M. Road in Jalahalli West. It’s a nice enough area, and having the gardens nearby is a bit of a relief when we step out for a break. Our unit is number 5. It’s a compact space, so we have to be very organized with where we put the machines and the raw materials. We do a lot of machining work here. It requires a lot of focus and staring at monitors or tool bits for hours. The staff are mostly local guys who have been doing this for years. We don't have a fancy corporate office with leather chairs. Our chairs are the old plastic ones, and the desks are scratched from years of use. It’s a practical environment for people who like to build things. Sometimes we stay late when a particular job is proving difficult or a machine needs fixing. Jalahalli is a good spot for us because it’s well-connected, but the traffic on S.M. Road can be a real pain during the morning rush. We don’t spend any time on marketing or trying to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small machining shop trying to get the dimensions right for our clients. It’s about the work on the table and nothing else. That’s how we’ve always run things here.
