You can find us at No.5 in the Ambika Building, which is part of the Swathi Complex in Kammagondanahalli. We are right near the Hmt Industrial Estate in Jalahalli West. This location makes sense for us because we deal with machine tools and there are many workshops and factories around here. Our shop is a busy place where we keep a lot of heavy equipment and metal parts. It’s not a very tidy place, to be honest. There are boxes of spare parts and metal components everywhere you look on the shelves and the floor. We spend our days helping people find the right tool for their lathes or milling machines. The Ambika Building is a well-known spot in the area. We have been here for a good number of years and know the neighbors. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but people find us easily enough. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. It is just a few of us who know a lot about machinery and tools. We have greasy hands most of the time because we are always checking the tools we sell to make sure they are okay. The local tea stall is where we spend our breaks, talking about the day’s work and the weather. It’s a regular life. We don't overcomplicate things here. If a machine needs a part, we try to stock it. If we don't have it, we tell the customer straight. We value being direct and getting people back to their own workshops quickly.
