Flexione

Flexione is located at the Seenappa Buildings in Allalasandra, Bangalore. We’re on the 4th Main road, near the G.K.V.K. Post. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our office is a simple place where we handle logistics and back-office tasks. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The building itself is nothing special, just a regular place with stairs and some old windows. Inside, we have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us. We don’t have any fancy decorations or art on the walls. It’s just a place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at our keyboards. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside can be a bit distracting, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We have a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a kettle for tea. We’re a small team, so everyone knows what’s going on with everyone else. We don’t have big meetings or formal reviews. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it right then and there. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels real. We just do our work, day in and day out, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not complicated, but it keeps us busy.
