Flexi Staffing Solutions

Our place is in the Sf-2 unit of Ajanta Comforts, over in Green Vale. It’s a nice enough building, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the elevator is acting up again. We’ve been here for a while now, handling all the staffing stuff that comes our way. It’s mostly about connecting people with short-term work, which keeps us pretty busy. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a couple of computers, a printer that jams way too often, and a water cooler that’s the main gathering spot for gossip. Green Vale is a quiet pocket of Bangalore compared to the main hubs. We like it that way because it means we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look "professional" in that corporate sense. We’re just the people who answer the phones and sort through the applications. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, and other times we leave a bit early if the weather is nice. We know the local shopkeepers by name, and we usually get our samosas from the guy at the corner. It’s a simple life. We just try to be helpful and make sure the people who come to us find something decent to do. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our job.
