Flex-I Staffing Solutions

Flex-I Staffing Solutions is over in Yeshwantpur at 26/A, on the second floor. We are on the 3rd Cross of Railway Parallel Road. You can hear the trains passing by quite often, which took some getting used to. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, very industrial and fast-moving. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of trucks and people rushing around. We work on staffing, so we spend our time talking to people looking for jobs and companies looking for workers. It’s a lot of matching things up and checking resumes. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a front area where people can wait and a few rooms for interviews. It’s not decorated with expensive art or anything. It’s just a place of work. We have a small kettle for tea and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but it’s good exercise. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just try to be fair and listen to what people are looking for. It gets hectic when there are a lot of positions to fill, but we just take it one person at a time. It’s a noisy, busy office in a noisy, busy part of town, and it suits us just fine. We just keep at it and see what happens.
