Flavors Of China

Flavors Of China is tucked away in BTM Layout 2nd Main, right in the N S Palya area. If you’ve spent any time in BTM, you know how packed the streets can get. We are at number 727, and it’s a spot we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. The kitchen is always busy with the sounds of woks and chopping. We focus on what people usually look for when they want Chinese food around here. It’s a small operation, really. We have a few tables for people who want to sit down, but a lot of what we do is just keeping up with the pace of the neighborhood. The 2nd Main road is always humming with students and office folks, so there’s never a dull moment. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us and the cooks. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes during the dinner rush, it can get a little chaotic. That’s just the nature of BTM Layout. We make sure the ingredients are fresh and the floor is clean, and that’s about it. We don’t really do anything fancy with the menu names or the decorations. It’s a practical place for people who live nearby or work in the local shops. If you’re walking down N S Palya, you’ll find us easily enough. We’re usually there from morning until late at night, just doing our thing.
