Five Star Chicken Center

We opened up here in Kammanahalli at Babusa Palya a good while back. It is just a small place at 169/1A-1. Mornings start early, usually around six. The truck shows up and we start moving the crates and getting things ready. It gets quite busy on the weekends when people are home from work and looking to cook something special. The shop floor is usually wet from cleaning. There is always a bit of noise from the machines. We spend most of the day just cutting and weighing things for the neighbors who walk by. It is not a fancy place but we keep it running. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really bad. It takes a bit of time for people to park their bikes. My hands are usually busy with the knives or cleaning the counters. We have seen the area change a lot since we started. More buildings came up and more people moved in. We just stay here doing the work. It is a simple life. We know most of the faces that come through the door. If you are around Babusa Palya, you have probably seen our sign. We try to keep things straightforward and just do what we are supposed to do. There is no big secret to it. It is just about waking up and getting the shop open on time every single day of the week. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time now.
