First Solutions

First Solutions is our name and you can find us at 41548 Queens Road. We are situated right next to the Hopkin Ultra Sound clinic. That’s the easiest way to describe where we are because most people know that clinic. Being on Queens Road means we are right in the middle of all the action. The sound of horns and people talking is constant, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. Our office is a modest one. We don’t have any expensive furniture or fancy gadgets. Just a few desks, some chairs, and our computers. We’ve been here for a few years now. The team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. We handle a lot of different solutions for people who walk through the door. One day might be helping someone with a technical problem, and the next day might be something completely different. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up in our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old equipment, but we clear it out when we find the time. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don’t use any big words or marketing talk. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. That’s how we’ve always done things.
