First Job Placement

Our office is tucked away behind the Paremella hardware store. It’s on the Satara Road in Dasarahalli. Finding us the first time can be a bit tricky because of the store in front, but once you know where it is, it’s easy enough. We focus on job placements. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or we’re looking through resumes on the screen. It’s a small space, nothing too big. We have a few chairs for when people come in to talk about work. Satara Road is always busy with trucks and cars going past. Sometimes the dust from the hardware store gets in if we leave the door open too long. We’ve been helping people find their first jobs for a bit. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the different job listings. Some days are slow, but most are full of people asking about what’s available. We don’t have any fancy signs or anything. Just the name on the door and our desks inside. It feels like a regular neighborhood office. We know the other shop owners around here pretty well. It’s a decent spot to work from. We just keep our heads down and try to match people with whatever work is currently open. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. Some days are harder than others, but we just keep at it.
