Field Work Trainee

We are located right across from Panacea Hospital in Basaweshwar Nagar. As Field Work Trainee staff, we are at 637 on 8th Main, and it's a landmark everyone knows, so it makes finding us a lot easier. This is the 3rd Block of the 3rd Stage. We spend most of our time out and about, hence the name. Being a trainee here means you’re usually on your feet or traveling between sites. The office is really just a home base for us to check in and handle the paperwork. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is back at once, but we make it work. We’ve got some old chairs and a desk that wobbles a little. Most of us grew up around Bangalore, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic near the hospital. The work isn't always easy. It's a lot of manual stuff and being on-site regardless of the weather. We don't use much fancy tech, just what’s necessary to get the job finished. If you stop by, you might see a few of us drinking tea outside before we head out for the afternoon. We aren't trying to be anything special. Just a group of people learning the ropes and doing the field work that needs doing. It’s practical, honest labor. We don't have a receptionist, so you might have to knock a few times if the main door is shut. It’s just how we run things every day.
