You can find Ficsher Consulting at 78/A in Naidu’s Layout, which is in the Chikkalsandra area of Bangalore-61. Our office is in a quiet neighborhood, so it does not feel like you are in the middle of a big city. It is a small place, just a few rooms where we have set up our computers and files. We do consulting work, which means we spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to help them organize their businesses. It is a very low-key environment. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if the door is open, you can just walk in and find one of us at a desk. We’ve got some bookshelves filled with old binders and a small table where we have our tea. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but mostly it is a calm place to work. We handle all our own stuff, from answering the phone to making sure the bins are emptied. It is a very small team, so we all help out with everything. We have been in Chikkalsandra for quite some time and we like the local feel of the layout. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks. We don't care much for fancy furniture or corporate rules. We just show up, do the work for our clients, and keep things simple.
