We’ve been doing our thing at Ferrissoft Llc in Bangalore for a good while now. Most days, it’s just a regular office space where we show up every morning and get down to work. Bangalore is a fast place, always changing and growing, but we mostly just stick to our routine. Walking into our office, you won’t see anything fancy. Desks, chairs, and some old computers that still work fine are all we really have. No fountain or lobby with a receptionist greets you at the door. If the door is unlocked, you can just walk right in if you need something. Stacks of paper are usually sitting around because we haven't gone fully digital yet. Constant noise from the traffic outside is just part of the day, and you get used to the horns after a week. Being the biggest company out there isn't something we are trying to do. Instead, we just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. Some days are better than others, especially when the internet stays fast all afternoon. Break time involves drinking a lot of tea and talking about the news. Rather than a corporate headquarters, this is just a place where people work together. Big words and long meetings that don't go anywhere aren't our style. Handling whatever comes across our desks that day is how we move forward. It’s a simple setup for a local team.
