Featherlite

We are set up on the second floor of The Forum Mall, which is right there on Koramangala Hosur Road. If you have been to this part of town, you know the traffic can be a real pain, but the mall itself is quite a landmark for us. Featherlite has been around this spot for a long time now. We basically deal with furniture, like office chairs and desks and things people need for their work setups. It is not some high-pressure sales environment here. We just have the floor space where you can see the stuff. Most people who come in are looking for something comfortable because they spend all day sitting down. The address is 216 and being in the mall makes it easy for folks to find us after they do their grocery shopping or see a movie. We have a small team here. We spend our days answering questions about back support and how the different levers on the chairs work. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when families come through, but during the week it is a bit more relaxed. Sometimes the mall lights are a bit bright, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this specific unit for a good bit and we know the other shop owners around the second floor pretty well. It is just a regular workplace for us, really. We try to keep things simple and just show what we have available without making a big deal out of it.
