Fawaz Caterer

We run Fawaz Caterer out of our space at No.17 in the Service Men Colony, which is part of R T Nagar. It isn't a restaurant where you can come and sit down for a meal. Instead, we spend our time preparing food for events and parties all over the city. Our kitchen is located on the 1st A Cross, and it is usually a very busy place starting from four in the morning. You’ll hear the sound of large knives on wooden boards and the giant stoves whistling. We handle big orders, so we are always moving heavy pots around and making sure everything is packed correctly for transport. It’s not glamorous work. There is a lot of steam, grease, and heavy lifting involved. We started this because we liked cooking for big groups of people. Every day is different. One day we might be making food for a small wedding, and the next it’s a big corporate lunch. We don’t have a fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, if you call, you’ll hear the noise of the kitchen in the background because we are right in the middle of working. We try our best to get the flavors right every time. The 560032 area is home to us, and we have been serving the local community here for quite a few years now. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food we are sending out the door to our neighbors.
