Our kitchen and storage is located over in Nagawara, right on Navapura Carwa Road. It’s a pretty busy spot, but we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the neighborhood over the years. We handle the cooking and the decorating part of local parties and gatherings. Usually, someone calls us because they have a wedding or a small family function coming up and they need some food that actually tastes like home. We don't do anything too fancy or modern, just the standard dishes people around here expect to eat. The decorating side of things involves a lot of fabric and flowers, and we keep most of those supplies tucked away in the back of the building where it's a bit cooler. It gets really crowded when we have two or three big orders happening in one weekend. Most of us grew up around here so we know all the shortcuts through Nagawara to get the food delivered while it's still hot and fresh. Sometimes the van gets stuck on Carwa Road when the traffic is bad, but we always make it work somehow. We aren't really into the high-end corporate stuff you see online. We prefer working with local families who just want a decent meal for their guests. The kitchen starts very early in the morning, sometimes before the sun is even up, especially if there's a lot of rice or meat to prep. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours standing on your feet, but that is just how the catering business is.
