We operate Fact Personnel Pvt Ltd out of a place called Parvathi Nilaya. The address is 823/18 on Jakkur Road in Shivanahalli. That’s up in the Yelahanka part of Bangalore, 560 064. It’s a bit far from the main city traffic, which we actually appreciate. The area is a bit quieter than the middle of Bangalore. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time. It’s a regular building, nothing that stands out too much. People come to see us about personnel matters and we sit down in the office to chat. We aren't the type to have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines. It’s more of a desk and chairs kind of place. Being on Jakkur Road means we see a fair amount of local traffic, but it’s mostly just folks living nearby. We like the Shivanahalli neighborhood because it feels more like a community. Fact Personnel Pvt Ltd is just a small team of us working through the daily grind. We don't have a marketing department writing this, just someone from the office putting down some words. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door at Parvathi Nilaya. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. Bangalore is growing fast, but our corner in Yelahanka stays pretty much the same. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just part of living in this city.
