F5 Restaurant

F5 Restaurant is located at 53 Basavanagudi, on the 4th Floor of Sai Chambers. This is in the 560004 area, which is a really well-known part of Bangalore. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of distance from the street level, which can get quite noisy during the rush hours. Sai Chambers is a solid building, and we’ve been here for a while now. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or out on the floor making sure everything is okay for the people who come in. Basavanagudi has a very specific feel to it, a bit old-school and traditional, and we like being part of that. We aren't a big chain or a fancy corporate establishment. We're just a local restaurant on the 4th floor. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a workout if the lift is busy, but we don't mind. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with everything, from taking orders to cleaning the tables at the end of the night. It’s just how we run things. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just a clean place to sit and eat. People find their way up to us at Sai Chambers because they know we are here every day. It’s hard work, but it is honest work. We just keep the lights on and the food ready for whoever decides to come up to the 4th floor today to see us.
