You can find us at 3rd Cross in Ashok Nagar, right at number 3. Bangalore-50 is a familiar area for us, and we’ve been here long enough to see the buildings around us change hands many times. We focus on finding people for higher-up roles in companies. It sounds more formal than it actually is in the office. Most of the time, we’re just sitting with our headsets on, talking to candidates or scrolling through profiles. We have a small lobby area with a couple of chairs, but it doesn't get used much since most of our meetings happen over the phone these days. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which is nice, but it can get a bit warm in the afternoons. We have a small fridge that’s always stocked with cold water and maybe some leftovers from someone’s lunch. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for years. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we mostly stick to what we know works. Finding the right person for a job takes time and a bit of luck, honestly. We just try to be thorough and listen to what the companies are actually asking for. It’s a quiet life here in Ashok Nagar, and we like it that way. No big drama, just steady work.
