Executive- Recruitment

We are based in Sector-1 of HSR Layout, at number 1430 on the 20th Main. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with 11th Cross. As an Executive- Recruitment, my life revolves around finding people for jobs that need doing. HSR Layout has become such a hub lately, so there is always a lot of movement. Our office is functional. We have desks, chairs, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that isn't what we are about. We are here to match resumes with job descriptions. It involves a lot of reading and a lot of phone calls. Some days my voice is tired by the end of it. We deal with all sorts of industries, not just one. Every person who walks through our door has a different story. We try to listen and see where they might fit. It’s not a perfect science. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we try to do our best by the people who come to us. The 560034 area is a good place to be right now. There are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We just keep things simple and honest here. No corporate jargon or empty promises. We just look for workers for the companies that ask us for help. It’s just the way we handle our daily business on the 20th Main.
